Introduction of Steel Wool:
Heat-resistant stainless steel fiber is made by drawing heat-resistant stainless steel melt at one time using melt rapid quenching method. The addition of heat-resistant stainless steel fiber to amorphous refractory (castable, plasticity, tamping) can greatly improve the thermal corrosion resistance, thermal cycle impact resistance, heat resistance grade and thermal wear resistance of heat-resistant structures. The incorporation of steel fiber can prolong the life of refractory materials, industrial furnaces and petrochemical industry catalytic and cracking units. Thus, the production cost is reduced, the maintenance cycle is reduced, and the economic efficiency is significantly improved.

Application method of Steel Wool ：
In order to make the steel wool evenly spread into the refractory, it should be dry mixed first, and then wet mixed. The weight ratio of heat-resistant steel wool in refractory material is 2-6%, and the higher the weight of steel fiber in this weight ratio range, the better the strengthening effect. In order to prevent steel fiber clumping, try to use my company's orderly arranged packaging steel wool. In order to prevent nozzle blockage, it is best to use steel wool length below 25mm-30mm which is more appropriate.
Application of Steel Wool:
Heating furnace top, furnace neck, furnace door, burner brick, water cooling pipe dressing, bottom of steel groove, walking furnace bottom, ring furnace wall, pit furnace cover, bulge belt, sand seal, middle bag cover, electric furnace triangle, hot metal bag lining, spray gun for refining outside the furnace, bottom blowing oxygen flue, iron ditch cover, slag barrier weir, all kinds of refractory material lining in blast furnace, coke oven door, etc.
