Introduction of Vermiculite：

Vermiculite is a gibbsite silicate mineral that can turn yellow or white when heated. When it is heated to temperatures ranging from 850°C to 950°C, it undergoes a process called exfoliation. During exfoliation, vermiculite loses its water content and expands, causing its volume to increase by approximately 8 to 15 times.

Vermiculite possesses several desirable characteristics, including being flame-proof, providing thermal insulation, and having good sound absorption properties. It is also non-toxic and has a low capacity for absorbing moisture. Vermiculite exhibits resistance to fungi as well.

Due to these characteristics, vermiculite finds application in various industries such as construction, chemical manufacturing, petroleum, electronics, light industry, environmental protection, agriculture, and landscape greening.
